Forklift Operator Training is a popular option for companies looking to outsource the formal training of their operators. Our pre-training process for onsite operator training includes:

  • Completion of a pre-class training survey to determine what topics apply to your site and forklifts.
  • Discussion of topics which you feel are critical and identification of areas where you would like to see safety improvement.
  • Walk through of your site to make suggestions on improving forklift safety and OSHA compliance.
  • Take pictures of your site and forklifts, so that our program becomes YOUR custom program.

Classroom sessions vary in length from four to six hours, depending on your forklift types and application. The classroom portion is followed by hands-on evaluations for the group which last one to several hours, depending on class size and the number of forklift types to be tested on. Our forklift hands-on evaluations are always conducted at your site and on your forklifts, which is required by OSHA. Many times, we have forklift operators in class who have been in the workplace for decades and it is common to hear them comment that this is the best safety training of any type they have EVER had.

Lots of companies conduct forklift operator training, very few put much enthusiasm into it, even fewer are able to convince operators to change their behaviors; we can do this for you and we are proud of it. We offer training options covering 24 hours a day, six days a week.
